Activities

The Department of Tourism (DoT) has advocacy programs that are designed to provide information to tourists for an enjoyable but safe trip to the Philippines. By the same token, DoT collaborates with the hotel security personnel to improve information sharing and surveillance to identify suspected pimps and traffickers. It also hold discussions with the communities in some tourists destinations so that they become better informed about the rise in tourism and women's sexual exploitation.
