Ayuda provides legal and social services to low-income Latino and other foreign-born immigrant communities in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Ayuda administers a Trafficking Project that provides comprehensive legal and social services to victims of human trafficking. Ayuda helps trafficked persons gain access to services that include housing, food, medical, education and more. Ayuda also assists trafficked persons with legal remedies that include immigration relief, referrals for civil matters and collaboration with law enforcement.
Ayuda is the D.C. area's leading source of multilingual legal and social service assistance to low-income immigrants in the areas of immigration, human trafficking, domestic violence and family law.
